Despite failing to finish off the week at a perfect 4-0, the Los Angeles Lakers earn Team of the Week honors. The defending champions picked up road victories against the Memphis Grizzlies, New York Knicks, and most importantly, the Boston Celtics. Their win in Boston is argubly their most important victory since Game 7 of the 2010 Finals.
During their 3-1 stretch this week, Kobe Bryant averaged 23.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 4.3 assists. His best game came against the Knicks at Madison Square Garden as he dropped 33 points on a 12 of 17 shooting clip. He also added 10 boards, giving him his sixth double-double of the season.
