1970
The Atlanta Hawks explode for 97 second half points in a 155-131 win against the San Diego Clippers. The Hawks' 97 points holds the record for most scored in a second half in NBA history.

1978
George "The Iceman" Gervin scores 23 fourth quarter points, leading the San Antoino Spurs to a 131-122 overtime victory against the Golden State Warriors. The entire Golden State team scored 22 points in that fourth quarter, totalling one less than Gervin.

2001
Philadelphia's Allen Iverson leads the East to a 111-110 comeback win over the West in the NBA's 50th All-Star Game. The East trailed by 19 points entering the fourth quarter. Iverson's 15 point fourth and Stephon Marbury's game-winning three capped off the exciting victory. Iverson's efforts earned him MVP honors.
