This Day in NBA History: February 12th

44,735 fans watch the West pick up a 143-134 win over the East in the Houston Astrodome. The crowd of over 40,000 was the largest in NBA All-Star Game history at the time. Karl Malone scored a West-high of 28 points and was named MVP.
